after the big success on lowlands.. Balkan Beatz is going to the clubs!! the first two big dates are confirmed.. later in the year it's ekko, utrecht, but first the melkweg!!
at the lowlands festival i was joined by dj Hütz from Gogol Bordello, this nite we've got other guests.. the Antwerp Gypsy Ska Orkestra and Balkan Beat Box..
this is all gonna happen the 17th of november.. be THERE!!!

i guess a lotta people prefer to stay in utrecht.. for those i can recommend the lads from the elephant soundsystem @ acu..

this week is the premier of my own party 'Mashtizo'! it's gonna be a night full of good party music (mestizo, balkan beats, rootsreggae and whatever more).. it's only five euro's and good friends MALA VITA are playing 2..

besides that you can find me this week at the beschavingfestival (with viva la fete, hotlipz&jane and the transsylvanians) and the 'road to hein aid' (balkanbeats-set)

this weekend is something special happening again! a whole weekend full of punky reggae or dubpunk or whatever you wanna call it!! think of the reggae sound of the clash, sublime and nice roots-reggae!!
saturday is the PUNKY REGGAE PARTY XL @ the nice beachclub timboektoe in wijk aan zee, with SunFireSouls and Jaya the Cat.. and sunday!!! Long Beach Shortbus is playing @ melkweg.. this band is formed by ex-members of sublime! so you know what to expect! :D hell yeah!!
another thing i am proud to be at is the return of the mestizo/latino party at ekko 'FUERZA' this friday!
